The convenient location close to the boardwalk and beach in California was a major advantage of staying here.

The location was good because it was very close to drought-stricken California, the board walk/ beach and boardwalk, pool, staff, stores, restraunts. Queen room was spotless. A microwave and a fridge were provided.

It needed healthy options.

My kids and I loved being there. I stayed in a queen room complete with a separate bedroom, hitting, as for instance...

Fresh & clean room, the bathroom felt like it was just built. 🌟

It was nice time in Santa Cruz. This deluxe hotel was run by the accommodating staff. The room was beautifully maintained and offered a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries, so that guests had essentials. It had very comfy beds.

Some people working there were very rude.

The location was excellent and the sheets were clean. The lady at the office was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her.

Not clean. The adjoining room was scary. We ended up moving the mattress to the main room. The toilet did not work. The carpet was old and ripped up. The walls needed painting.

The room was immaculate, recently renovated, and had a separate bedroom.

There were bed bugs in our sheets & dirty towels in the room they gave us upon arrival.

Super convenient spot, right by the bay and beach 🌊.

There breakfast was juice and a loaf bread, very poor

We paid $ 50 for the room with a king size bed. It contains a pool house and a small breakfast. The bed was fine and you could sleep on it. For the price paid we were satisfied. Parking is free on site.

On the floor and the furniture dirt tracks were visible. Breakfast consists of a few pieces of cake and coffee from a cardboard cup. Breakfast is eaten in your own room.

The property offers spotless and good-sized rooms. the location is magnificent in drought-stricken California. - It is located just 1 mile away from a classic seaside amusement park.

The towels were terrible---small and very old. The breakfast began at 8 and was coffee and cake with juice. While the beds seemed clean, the carpets were very old and dirty. The bathrooms were clean but needed repairs. Our window facing a walk way was pulled from casement.The pictures on Booked.net were misleading.

The king studio here was cozy with a separate bedroom, and the location was fantastic with plenty of eateries within walking distance, plus being near the bay and a hill was a bonus.
